Device-free MFA
Device-free MFA refers to any multi-factor authentication strategy that requires no additional hardware for login.
A device-free MFA method confirms user identity using signal(s) beyond a username and password pair, but does so without requiring a phone, hardware token, fingerprint scanner, face scanner, or any similar device other than the one on which the user intends to carry out work. .
